We possess a modern production base covering 36,000 square meters, equipped with 4 sets of EVA injection machines and multiple PVC injection lines, forming a powerful automated production capacity. The company can produce up to 3.5 million pairs of PVC rain boots and 1.5 million pairs of EVA rain boots annually. Large-scale production not only ensures efficient delivery but also lays a solid foundation for cost control and quality stability.

We have established a professional product quality testing laboratory equipped with a full set of advanced testing equipment for abrasion resistance, flexing resistance, impact resistance, puncture resistance, aging resistance, and low-temperature resistance. From incoming material inspection, automated temperature and pressure control during production, to full-performance testing of finished products, we implement a full-process, high-standard quality control to ensure every pair of rain boots meets strict performance criteria.

We specialize in the R&D and production of PVC and EVA rain boots, offering 8 major product series including safety, work, livestock, food processing, anti-slip, insulating, fashion, and kids' boots, catering to diverse needs across various industries and scenarios. Through continuous technological innovation, we have achieved independent R&D of core technologies such as self-developed PVC & rubber integrated super anti-slip outsoles, and continuously optimize production processes to solve industry pain points.
